Atlanta: A Local's Guide to the Empire City of the South

As an Atlanta native, I've watched this city transform from a regional hub into an exciting and diverse destination while maintaining its Southern charm. Today, I'm excited to share my insider's guide to the city I grew up in. Atlanta is a sprawling metropolis, with a ton of different neighborhoods, each with its own vibe and hot spots. There are way too many wonderful things to do and places to go to list them all. But I've highlighted my personal favorites in the newly released guide, where you'll discover:

Atlanta Neighborhoods

I've curated a list of my favorite neighborhoods, from Midtown, home to Piedmont Park, the High Museum, and some of the city's best restaurants, to Inman Park, perfect for post-dinner drinks, BeltLine biking, and boutique shopping.

Things to Do

From exploring the BeltLine, where you can walk or bike while discovering public art, pop-up markets, and patio restaurants, to experiencing the southeastern flagship of visual arts in a striking architectural setting at the High Museum of Art, I've curated activities that showcase both Atlanta's outdoor delights and cultural richness.

Where to Eat

From Texas meets Georgia BBQ at Fox Bros Bar-B-Q to high end Southern cuisine at Miller Union, you'll find recommendations for every palate and occasion.

Where to Drink

Whether it's checking out the local brewery scene or grabbing a craft cocktail at Little Spirit, I've mapped out the best spots to consume your beverage of choice.

Where to Stay

There are so many accommodation options throughout the city, so I'd recommend picking your desired neighborhood and going from there. But I did list a couple of hotels that are always crowd pleasers.

Check out the post here.

What's Next?

This is just the beginning. In the coming months, I'll be sharing guides to destinations across the globe, each filled with personally vetted recommendations and insider tips. Additionally, Google maps and curated itineraries will become available for purchase. So stay tuned!

Here's to authentic travel experiences and the stories they create.

Welcome aboard, Cali
